Dear Members & Neighbors,

 

We are one week away from our 100th Anniversary Gala.  We are pleased that the interest in attending has been overwhelming.  Our goal is to have a safe celebration for all San Remo Residents to enjoy.

 

Although we will have hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza slices, water, soda & ice cream for sale at $1.00 each while supplies last, we encourage you to bring prepared food and drinks similar to our picnic.

 

Speaking of food preparation, if interested, Linda's Riverside Pizzeria is taking pre-orders (excluding pizza slices) for the event (see attached). 

 

For safety reasons:   NO BBQs, FIRES or PETS will be permitted.  PLEASE RESPECT THIS.

 

For those that did not reserve a table/chair, you are still welcome!  Set up your own spot WEST of the tent area between the flagpole and the road.

 

Although this can be a free event for our residents, we hope that many of you will come with extra cash to:

• Donate to the Civic

• Encourage residents to join (support) the civic by becoming a member.  Our annual dues is STILL $25 for an individual and $35 for a family.

• Participate in our 50/50 raffle

• Be sure our hamburgers, hotdogs, soda and water are depleted.

We sure could use some HELP!

 

1. We would like some volunteers for the dunk tank.  It would greatly be appreciated to have a list of volunteers to spend about 1/2 hour to hour of the day in the dunk tank.  COME ON Dads, the kids would love to have you take the PLUNG!

2. It would be nice to have a list of volunteers we can call on during the event if assistance is needed for something unforeseen.
